水淹胁迫对美洲黑杨嫁接苗叶片色素及光合特性的影响
Effects of pigment and photosynthetic characteristics of Populus deltoides grafted seedlings under waterlogging stress
【摘要】 以‘全红杨’‘中红杨’和‘2025杨’3个品种嫁接苗为试验材料,采用随机区组设计,盆栽模拟水淹环境,以正常浇水条件为对照,研究不同胁迫处理时间下,3个杨树品种的叶片色素含量、光合特性的响应变化及各指标间的相关性。结果表明:水淹胁迫期间,3个杨树品种叶片色素含量及气孔导度(Gs)、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)均极显著下降。胁迫后期,叶绿素a含量下降幅度大于叶绿素b,同时叶片Ci升高,羧化效率(CE)下降,Ci与Pn的相关性由正变为负,三者Pn的再次下降主要是由非气孔限制所致。对Pn的相关性分析表明,花色素苷含量与‘全红杨’叶片Pn呈正相关,而‘2025杨’花色素苷含量与Pn呈负相关。水淹胁迫70 d,3个杨树品种叶片Pn均始终为正值,水分利用效率(WUE)大幅提高,表现出稳定的耐涝遗传特质,其中‘全红杨’耐水淹能力相对较弱。
【Abstract】 Three varieties of grafting seedlings were used as experimental materials,the response changes of photosynthetic characteristics and the effects on leaf pigment mass fraction of three poplar varieties under different stress treatment times were studied by using randomized block design and potted plant simulating arid environment,and the normal soil moisture content was used as the control,as well as the correlation among various indicators.The results showed that the pigment quality fraction,G_s,P_n,T_r,and C_i of 3 poplar cultivars all decreased significantly during the waterlogging stress period.At the later stage of stress,the decrease rate of chlorophyll a was greater than that of chlorophyll b.Meanwhile,C_i in leaves increased and CE decreased.The correlation between C_i and P_n changed from positive to negative,the decrease of P_n was mainly caused by nonstomatal limitation.The correlation analysis of P_n showed different results.The anthocyanin content was positively correlated with P_n in the leaves of P.deltoides cv.’Quanhong’,while the anthocyanin content of ’Poplar 2025’was negatively correlated with P_n.Under waterlogging stress of 70 d,P_n of leaves of the three poplar varieties was always positive,and WUE increased significantly,showing stable waterlogging resistance genetic characteristics.Among them,the waterlogging resistance ability of P.deltoides cv.’Quanhong’ was relatively weak.
