不同条件下混酸酸浸对含氟污泥提纯的差异化研究
Differentiated Study on Purification of Fluorine-Containing Sludge by Mixed Acid Leaching under Different Conditions
【摘要】 本文针对微电子行业废水排放产生的含氟化钙污泥量大、难处理的问题,进行盐酸和氢氟酸的混酸提纯含氟污泥的研究,考察了混酸比例、酸浸温度、加热时间和固液比对含氟污泥提纯的影响。获得的最佳混酸酸浸条件为:混酸体积比VHCl∶VHF=1∶4,50℃加热60 min,固液比为1∶10。A厂污泥提纯后的氟化钙纯度从原来的63.85%提高到87.09%,B厂污泥提纯后的氟化钙纯度从原来的57.62%提高到80.45%,实现了含氟污泥提纯处理资源化利用。
【Abstract】 To resolve the problem of the large amount of calcium fluoride sludge generated by wastewater discharge from the microelectronics industry, this study investigated the purification of fluoride-containing sludge through the mixed acid of hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid. The effects of mixed acid ratio, acid leaching temperature, heating time, and solid-liquid ratio on the purification of fluoride-containing sludge were examined. The optimal mixed acid leaching conditions were determined as the mixed acid volume ratio of VHCl∶VHF=1∶4, heating at 50℃ for 60 minutes, and a solid-liquid ratio of 1:10. After purification, the purity of calcium fluoride in the sludge from plant A increased from 63.85% to 87.09%, and plant B increased from 57.62% to 80.45%, thus proving the proposed method has achieved effective purification and resource utilization of fluoride-containing sludge.
