【摘要】 社会工作既是一门基于实践的专业，亦是一门学术学科。我们应立足中国、借鉴国外，处理好社会工作学科体系本土化建设过程中的三大关系：首先，在科学要求和实践要求之间，既要回应科学的挑战，更要适应实践的要求；其次，在社会工作学科与相关学科之间，既要有社会工作学科自主意识，更要把握住社会工作的整合性学科性质；最后，在社会工作学科内部通用知识和专用知识之间的关系上，要面对中国式现代化的现实需要，注重通用知识加专用知识的建构。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social work is both a practice-based profession and an academic discipline. We should“base ourselves on China and learn from foreign countries”,and deal with the three relations in the process of the indigenization construction of social work discipline system:First,between scientific requirements and practical requirements,we should not only respond to the challenge of science,but also adapt to the requirements of practice;Secondly,between the discipline of social work and related disciplines,it is necessary not only to have the self-consciousness of social work,but also to grasp the integrated discipline nature of social work. Finally,on the relation between generic knowledge and specific knowledge within social work disciplines,we should face the realistic needs of Chinese modernization and pay attention to the construction of general knowledge and special knowledge.更多还原
