【摘要】 针对司乘人员在高速公路遇到交通事故、车辆故障等突发情况,对电话报警说不清位置、不清楚报警电话、不知道网络报警入口、救援状态无法联动等痛点进行了研究,依托移动互联网、物联网、云计算等技术手段,提出了一种基于前端二维码定位融合后端电子地图,可实现“扫码”一键报警、路警联动、精准定位和导航的智慧高速报警救援解决方案,并分析了关键技术和创新点,以保障高速公路的出行安全,提升高速公路应急救援处置的效率。

【Abstract】 Research has been conducted to address the challenges that drivers and passengers face on expressways during emergencies such as traffic accidents and vehicle breakdowns. These challenges include the inability to clearly state their location when calling for help, not knowing the alarm call number or the network alarm entry point, and the lack of coordination regarding rescue status. Relying on technologies such as mobile internet, internet of things, and cloud computing, a smart expressway alarm and rescue solution is proposed. This solution integrates front-end QR code positioning with back-end electronic maps to enable "scan code" one-click alarm, road-police linkage, accurate positioning and navigation. The key technologies and innovations are analyzed to ensure expressway travel safety and improve the efficiency of expressway emergency rescue and disposal.
