【摘要】 为探究相容剂在高含量SBS改性沥青领域内的应用,从相容剂种类(环烷油、橡胶油)和掺量角度展开了研究。结果表明,两种相容剂具有相似的改性效果,体现在高温性能的损伤、温度敏感性的增大和低温性能的提升,并且随着掺量的增加而越发明显。同时,也验证了SBS改性剂对不同相容剂组分吸收程度的差异性。环烷油对SBS改性沥青低温性能的改善效果优异;而芳烃油对高温性能的损伤程度较小,且耐应力加载作用和交通水平维持的能力优异。在以相同针入度或相同掺量进行比较时,较高的用油量使得高温性能评价指标之间(软化点、车辙因子、高温PG与不可恢复蠕变Jnr3.2值)存在不一致性。

【Abstract】 This study explored the application of compatibilizers in high-content SBS modified asphalt(HCSMA) and investigated the effects of compatibilizer types(naphthenic oil, rubber oil) and dosages on HCSMA properties. Results show that both types of compatibilizers exhibit similar modification effects, reducing high-temperature performance, increasing temperature sensitivity, and improving low-temperature performance, with these effects becoming more pronounced as the dosage increases. Additionally, the results also confirm the differential absorption level of SBS modifier by different compatibilizer components. Naphthenic oil demonstrates the excellent improvement in low temperature performance, while aromatic oil shows the minimal damage to high temperature performance and the superior resistance to stress loading and maintenance of traffic levels. Furthermore, when evaluated at equivalent penetration grades or dosages, the higher oil dosage leads to in consistencies in evaluation indicators for high temperature performance(such as softening point, wheel track factor, high temperature Performance grade and unrecoverable creep Jnr3.2 value).
