水性环氧乳化沥青混合料二次成型及性能研究

【摘要】 为改善水性环氧乳化沥青混合料成型养护方法,提高混合料路用性能,提出了二次成型养护方法。通过三因素三水平正交试验,确定最佳的二次成型养护方法和养护时间,对二次成型和非二次成型的混合料试件进行浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂实验、高温车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、构造深度测量和摆值测量。试验结果表明,经过二次成型养护,水性环氧乳化沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性均有明显提高。抗滑性能相差不大,满足规范要求。路用性能得到明显提高。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the forming and curing method of water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture and improve the pavement performance of the mixture, a secondary forming and curing method was proposed. The optimal secondary forming and curing method and curing time were determined by three-factor and three-level orthogonal test. Soaking Marshall test, freeze-thaw splitting test, high temperature rutting test,low temperature bending test, structural depth measurement and swing value measurement were carried out on the mixed material samples of secondary forming and non-secondary forming. The test results show that the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability of water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture are obviously improved after secondary forming and curing, and the anti-skid performance is little difference, which meets the requirements of the specification and the road performance is obviously improved.
