【Abstract】 Given the importance of moral self-leadership in coping with increasingly complex environments, this study examined and defined its connotation, and identified two dimensions of moral self-leadership, namely promotion and inhibition. This study also summarized four moral self-leadership strategies, namely self-goal setting, self-observation, self-reflection, and self-motivation, and finally developed and validated a measurement scale containing a total of 15 items in two dimensions.
