聚苯胺改性锦纶织物的电热变色性能

【摘要】 为探究聚苯胺改性锦纶织物的电热变色性能,以锦纶针织物为基材,通过原位聚合反应制备聚苯胺改性锦纶织物,并得到较优制备工艺。利用SEM照片和FT-IR光谱对聚苯胺改性锦纶织物进行表征。结果显示:聚苯胺改性锦纶织物具有高导电性,电阻为(1.46±0.20)kΩ/2 cm;电热性能稳定,在12 V电压下表面温度接近45.3℃;将温变色油墨涂层到聚苯胺改性锦纶织物表面后,其电热变色效果愈加明显。研究结论可为多色彩电热变色织物的开发提供参考。

【Abstract】 To investigate the electro-thermochromic properties of polyaniline modified nylon fabric, polyaniline modified nylon fabric is prepared by in-situ polymerization reaction using nylon knitted fabric as the substrate, and the optimal preparation process is obtained. Polyaniline modified nylon fabric is characterized using SEM images and FT-IR spectroscopy. The results show that polyaniline modified nylon fabric has high conductivity with a resistance of(1.46 ± 0.20)kΩ/2 cm, and stable electric heating performance with a surface temperature close to 45.3 ℃ at a voltage of 12 V. After coating the thermochromic ink onto the surface of polyaniline modified nylon fabric, its thermochromic effect becomes more pronounced. The research conclusion can provide reference for the development of multi-color electro-thermochromic fabrics.
