聚酰亚胺基金刚石颗粒复合树脂片的防刺机理探讨
Stab-resistant mechanism of polyimide-based diamond particle composite resin sheet
【摘要】 选取相对刚硬的金刚石颗粒填充于高韧性聚酰亚胺(PI)基体所制成的复合树脂片中,探究复合树脂片抵御刀具刺入的防刺机理并对其进行表征。试验证明,复合树脂片在抵御刀具刺入时存在刀具被颗粒碰撞的隔挡机理、反向切割机理和颗粒下移与转动的阻尼3种机理,且此3种机理基本同步发生,只是各自特征不同。研究结论可为复合树脂片的选材和防刺理论的分析与建模提供定量化基础。
【Abstract】 The relatively hardest diamond particles are selected to fill the composite resin sheet with the relatively stronger and harder polyimide(PI) matrix, and the stab-resistant mechanism of the composite resin sheet against tool penetration is explored and characterized. The experiments confirm that the composite resin sheet has the blocking mechanism, the reverse cutting mechanism, the damping mechanism of particle moving down and rotating. Moreover, these three mechanisms basically occur simultaneously, but their respective characteristics are different. This provides a quantitative basis for the material selection of composite resin sheet and the theoretical analysis and modeling of stab resistance.
