智能调温防护服的开发与舒适性评价
Development and comfort evaluation of intelligent temperature regulating protective clothing
【摘要】 针对现有一次性防护服闷热、透湿透气性差等问题,设计开发了智能调温防护服,通过红外热成像分析和真人试穿试验对其舒适性进行分析评价,评价指标包括躯干温度、皮肤温度、核心体温等。结果说明,相比一次性防护服,调温防护服在穿着过程中能有效维持人体皮肤温度和躯干温度的稳定,具有较好的热湿舒适性。
【Abstract】 In response to the problems of stuffiness, poor moisture permeability, and poor breathability in existing disposable protective clothing, an intelligent temperature regulating protective clothing has been designed and developed. Its comfort has been analyzed and evaluated through infrared thermal imaging analysis and human trial wear tests, with evaluation indicators including trunk temperature, skin temperature, core body temperature, etc. The results indicate that compared with disposable protective clothing, temperature controlled protective clothing can effectively maintain the stability of human skin temperature and torso temperature during wearing, and has better thermal and humidity comfort.
