【摘要】 随着现代医学对疾病认识的不断深入，消渴病传统的辨证分型已无法涵盖糖尿病（DM）的全过程。为实现消渴病到糖尿病认识的转变，仝小林院士基于糖尿病的发生、发展及结局完整的时间线提出“郁、热、虚、损”新的分期体系。本文以该体系为纲目，列举了治疗糖尿病的常用经方，即厚朴三物汤、四逆散、大柴胡汤、葛根芩连汤、白虎加人参汤、瓜蒌牡蛎散、金匮肾气丸、抵当汤。现代经方应用在辨证论治的基础上结合现代药理靶点机制，将宏观调态与微观打靶相结合，形成先识病、再分期、后辨证的态靶同调治疗模式。参考文献46篇。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening of modern medicine’s understanding of the disease,the traditional syndrome differentiation and classification of diabetes can no longer cover the whole process of diabetes mellitus. In order to realize the change of understanding from diabetes to diabetes mellitus,academician TONG Xiaolin proposes a new staging system of “stagnation,heat,deficiency and damage” based on the complete time line of the occurrence,development and outcome of diabetes mellitus. Based on this system,this paper lists the commonly used prescriptions in the treatment of diabetes mellitus,namely,Houpu Sanwu Decoction（厚朴三物汤）,Sini Powder（四逆散）,Dachaihu Decoction（大柴胡汤）,Gegen Qinlian Decoction（葛根芩连汤）,Baihu and Rensheng Decoction（白虎加人参汤）,Gualou Muli Powder（瓜蒌牡蛎散）,Jinkui Shenqi Pill（金匮肾气丸）and Didang Decoction（抵当汤）. The application of modern classic prescriptions should combine the mechanism of modern pharmacological targets on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,combine macroscopic regulation with micro-scopic targeting,and form a new treatment model of disease identification,stage differentiation,post-syndrome differentiation and state target homology.
