【摘要】 分析“和”的哲学含义及中医治病观之执中致和，探究中医“和”理论的思想内涵。通过以方证因的方式，分析小柴胡汤“和”之义在《伤寒杂病论》及临床应用中的体现。小柴胡汤“和”之义在于疏解少阳以和表里阴阳、通达三焦以和津液输布、调和气机以助斡旋运转，和洽配伍以治诸系统疾病。故表里不和、阴阳失衡、寒热错杂、津液失布、上下不通、气机失调等均可用小柴胡汤施治。更多还原

【Abstract】 The philosophical connotation of “harmonization” and the seeking balance and harmonization by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) perspective on treatment were analyzed so as to study the ideological implications of the theory of “harmonization”. The causations were determined from the formula so as to analyze the significance of “harmonization” of Xiaochaihu Decoction（小柴胡汤） in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases and the manifestation in clinical application. The significance of “harmonization” of Xiaochaihu Decoction lies in its ability to harmonize the lesser yang so as to harmonize the exterior-interior and yin-yang,unblock tripe energizer,and to harmonize the transportation and distribution of body fluids,harmonize qi movement to help qi movement,harmonize the compatibility of Chinese medicinals to treat diseases of various systems. Therefore,the disharmony of exterior and interior,imbalance of yin and yang,mixed cold and heat,disorder body fluids distribution,obstruction of the upper and lower,and disorder of qi movement could be treated with Xiaochaihu Decoction.更多还原
