木质素磺酸钠对5052铝合金阳极氧化膜性能的影响研究

【摘要】 为了提高5052铝合金耐蚀性要求,在阳极氧化电解液中添加木质素磺酸钠,研究木质素磺酸钠对阳极氧化膜的形貌和组成以及耐腐蚀性的影响。通过扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪,观察分析添加木质素磺酸钠前后阳极氧化膜形貌和组成,测试电化学阻抗和极化曲线分析膜层耐腐蚀性。结果表明,添加木质素磺酸钠后,膜层致密、平整,表面孔洞和缺陷减少,膜层自腐蚀电流密度达到1.331×10-10A/cm2,与未添加木质素磺酸钠的膜层和5052铝基板相比,分别降低了1个数量级和4个数量级,耐腐蚀性显著提高。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the corrosion resistance requirements of 5052 aluminum alloy, sodium lignosulfonate was added to the anodizing electrolyte, and the effect of sodium lignosulfonate on the morphology, composition and corrosion resistance of the anodized film was studied. The morphology and composition of the anodic oxide film before and after the addition of sodium lignosulfonate were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer, and the electrochemical impedance and polarization curve were tested to analyze the corrosion resistance of the film. The results show that after adding sodium lignosulfonate, the film layer is dense and flat,the surface pores and defects are reduced, and the self-corrosion current of the film reaches 1.331×10-10A/cm2, which is reduced by 1order of magnitude and 4 orders of magnitude respectively compared with the film layer without sodium lignosulfonate and the 5052 aluminum substrate, and the corrosion resistance is significantly improved.
