【摘要】 R260Mn属于欧标热轧钢轨，产品性能指标类似于R260，可以用作高速列车用轨。根据EN13674.1-2011标准要求，R260Mn产品主要性能指标包括抗拉强度≥880 MPa，延伸率A≥10%，钢轨踏面中心硬度（HBW）范围为260～300；在氧化物洁净度方面，订货量小于5 000 t时，95%的试样氧化物洁净度K3值<10。通过理论分析和生产检验数据对比，初步确定R260Mn钢轨成分设计范围，并在生产过程中通过小批量生产、成品性能检验验证等，最终形成满足客户标准要求的生产技术方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 R260Mn belongs to the European standard hot-rolled steel rails, with product performance indicators similar to R260, and can be used as high-speed train rails. According to the requirements of EN13674.1-2011 standard, the main performance indicators of R260Mn product include tensile strength ≥880 MPa, elongation A≥10%, and rail tread center hardness(HBW) range of 260～300. In terms of oxide cleanliness, when the order quantity is less than 5 000 tons, 95% of the samples have an oxide cleanliness K3 value of less than 10. Through theoretical analysis and comparison of production inspection data, the composition design range of R260Mn steel rails has been preliminarily determined, and a production technology plan that meets customer standard requirements has been formed through small-scale production,finished product performance inspection and verification during the production process.更多还原
