【摘要】 民国时期以县市图书馆为主体的基层图书馆，积极利用馆藏与区位优势，通过巡回文库、流动书车、读书会、展览会等阅读推广形式，向下扎根、向外推广，最大限度普及图书教育。民国时期的县市级基层图书馆贴近普通民众，对于民众教育乃至图书馆事业发展意义重大，其阅读推广理念及实践对于当今基层图书馆阅读推广工作不失借鉴价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the era of the Republic of China, the fundamental libraries, primarily consisting of county and city libraries, are most accessible to the public. This holds great significance for public education and advancement of library services. Grassroots libraries actively utilize their collections and location advantages to organize social educational activities such as roving libraries, mobile book trucks, book clubs, exhibitions, etc., in order to establish a strong local presence and expand their influence externally. This approach effectively stimulates intellectual growth and enhances the popularization of book education. The innovative ideas and methods employed by these grassroots libraries continue to offer valuable insights for contemporary reading promotion efforts.更多还原
