三氧化二砷抗肿瘤的分子机制研究进展
Research Progress on Anti-tumor Molecular Mechanism of Arsenic Trioxide
【摘要】 三氧化二砷(As2O3)最初因治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)而被研究者关注,而后被广泛应用于治疗多种恶性肿瘤。As2O3抗肿瘤作用机制主要包括:诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡和细胞周期阻滞、抑制血管生成、靶向作用于肿瘤干细胞以及逆转肿瘤细胞的化疗耐药性等。本文结合最新研究成果对As2O3抗肿瘤的分子机制进行了综述,以期为其抗肿瘤活性的深入研究和临床应用提供思路。
【Abstract】 Arsenic trioxide(As2O3) was initially concerned by researchers for the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL), and has since been widely used in the treatment of a variety of malignant tumors. The anti-tumor mechanism of As2O3 mainly includes: inducing apoptosis and cell cycle arrest of tumor cells, inhibiting angiogenesis,targeting cancer stem cells and reversing chemotherapy resistance of tumor cells. Based on the latest research results,the anti-tumor molecular mechanism of As2O3 is reviewed in this paper, which aims to provide ideas for further research and clinical application of its anti-tumor activity.
