细长竹木圆棒双激光对射自动检测系统设计
Design of rapid detection system for appearance defects of slender bamboo and wood round bars
【摘要】 针对细长竹木圆棒胚体存在的表面凹坑、开裂等外观缺陷,设计了一种双激光对射式自动检测系统。机械结构采用载物链条使细长竹木圆棒整体平移并在弹性压板下滚动,由对称布置的双激光斜入射至压板和圆棒贴合部位,实现对竹木圆棒表面的双螺旋扫描和空隙检测;控制部分以西门子S7-200 Smart PLC为主体,设计了与实体链条同步的数字链条进行并行控制。测试结果表明,系统相对于人工检测漏检率为0,具有成本低、效率高、可靠性高、易于使用等特点,可有效解决细长竹木圆棒胚体表面质量初筛问题。
【Abstract】 A dual laser automatic detection system was designed to address the appearance defects such as surface pits and cracks in the blank of slender bamboo and wood round rods. In terms of mechanical structure, a load chain was used to translate the slender bamboo and wood round rod as a whole, and roll under an elastic pressure plate. A symmetrical arrangement of double lasers was obliquely incident on the joint between the pressure plate and the round rod, achieving double spiral scanning and gap detection of the surface of the bamboo and wood round rod; the control part was mainly composed of Siemens S7-200 Smart PLC, and a digital chain synchronized with the physical chain was designed for parallel control. The test results showed that the system had a zero miss rate compared to manual detection, and had the characteristics of low cost, high efficiency, high reliability, and ease of use. It could effectively solve the problem of initial screening of surface quality of slender bamboo and wood round rod blank.
