基于粒子群算法的救护车布局优化

【摘要】 引入人机工程学和车辆动力学的设计思路,构造救护车内医疗设备布局模型,用粒子群优化算法对车厢内设备的布局优化进行仿真,探究得出在有限的救护车车厢空间中合理布置组合多个医疗器械设备的最优方案。人机工效学是以人的使用体验为出发点,研究人在环境中的效率、健康、安全、舒适等问题,寻找人—机—环境三者之间的最佳匹配。将人机工程学的设计思路应用到救护车的内部设备布局优化中,摒弃传统的“经验式”设计方法,根据使用者的实际使用需求和舒适程度来确定设备的布置与摆放,有效提升用户的舒适感及整车系统的工作效率。

【Abstract】 By introducing the design ideas of ergonomics and vehicle dynamics, the layout model of medical equipment in ambulance was constructed. Particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize the layout simulation of the equipment in the carriage, and the optimal scheme of reasonable arrangement and combination of multiple medical equipment in the limited space of ambulance carriage was explored. Ergonomics was used to study people’s efficiency, health, safety, comfort and other issues in the environment based on people’s use experience as the starting point, look for the best match among people, machines and environment. The design idea of ergonomics was applied to the optimization of the internal equipment layout of the ambulance, and the traditional "empirical" design scheme was abandoned.The equipment layout and placement were determined according to the actual use needs and comfort of the user, which effectively improved the user’s comfort and the working efficiency of the vehicle system.
