【摘要】 目的 分析癌症丧亲者心理领域的文献，梳理该领域研究脉络及发展趋势。方法 以Web of Science核心合集数据库为数据来源，检索从建库起至2023年10月30日收录在内的癌症丧亲者心理相关研究文献，对文献作者、机构和关键词等方面进行可视化分析并绘制知识图谱。结果 共纳入文献465篇；该领域年度发文量呈逐年上升趋势，发表相关文献收录较多期刊是肿瘤学类期刊，其中Psycho-Oncology收录最多；国际发文量前三的国家依次是美国、日本和瑞典；Tohoku Univ(日本东北大学)、Karolinska Inst(卡洛琳斯卡大学)、Tsukuba Med Ctr Hosp(筑波医院)等机构发文量较多；以Miyashita M、Morita T、Shima Y等作者为主要贡献者；出现频次最高的关键词为“bereaved family”(丧亲家庭)、“cancer patient”(癌症患者)、“palliative care”(姑息治疗)等；“depressive symptom”(抑郁症状)、“qualitative research”(质性研究)、“adolescent”(青少年)等是近年突现词。结论 研究热点主要聚焦于癌症丧亲者的心理状况及影响因素、不同丧亲人群的心理问题及预防、进行多样化干预研究等方面；发展本土化干预措施及监测其效果、建立多学科合作模式是该领域未来研究的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the literature in the field of psychology of cancer-bereaved patients, sort out the research context and development trend in this field. Methods Web of Science core collection database was used as the data source, and the literature related to the psychology of cancer-bereaved patients included from the establishment of the database to October 30^th, 2023 was retrieved. The authors, institutions and keywords of the literature were visualized and analyzed, and the knowledge graph was drawn. Results A total of 465 articles were included. The number of articles published in this field showed an upward trend year by year. The journals that published relevant articles were mostly oncology journals, among which Psycho-Oncology was the most included. The top three countries in terms of international publications were the United States, Japan and Sweden. Tohoku Univ, Karolinska Inst, Tsukuba Med Ctr Hosp and other institutions had a large number of papers. Miyashita Mitsunori, Morita Tatsuya, and Shima Yasuo were the main contributors. The most frequently used keywords were “bereaved family”“cancer patient”“palliative care”, etc. and “depressive symptom”“qualitative research” and “adolescent” were emerging words in recent years. Conclusion Research hotspots mainly focus on the psychological status and influencing factors of cancer-bereaved family members, the psychological problems and prevention of different bereaved family members, and diversified intervention researches. Developing localized interventions and monitoring their effects, and establishing multidisciplinary cooperation models are the future research directions in this field.更多还原
