傅里叶变换红外光谱法在植物鉴定中的应用研究进展
Research Progress on the Application of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy in Non-human Biological Testing Materials
【摘要】 傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱因其分析速度快、非破坏性、高分辨率的优势得到广泛应用。在植物鉴定方面,该技术可以检测和区分植物组织中存在的各种生物分子,有助于根据独特的生化特征区分不同的植物物种,从而促进准确可靠的识别。本文将从农业、中医、环境保护和法医植物学四个方面探讨傅里叶变换红外光谱技术在植物鉴定中的应用。
【Abstract】 Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy is widely used due to its advantages of fast analysis speed, non-destructiveness and high resolution.In terms of plant identification, this technology can detect and distinguish various biomolecules present in plant tissues, which helps to distinguish different plant species based on their unique biochemical characteristics, thereby promoting accurate and reliable identification.This article will explore the application of Fourier transform infrared in plant identification from four aspects: agriculture, traditional Chinese medicine, environmental protection and forensic botany.
