GO/C-PAES/PVDF复合膜的制备及其性能研究
Preparation of GO/C-PAES/PVDF Composite Membrane and Its Performance Study
【摘要】 采用氧化石墨烯(GO)和侧链含羧基的聚芳醚砜(C-PAES)两亲共聚物材料作为共混物,制备了一系列GO/C-PAES/PVDF复合膜。通过接触角测试仪、SEM、电子万能拉力试验机以及水通量测试仪进行测定,考察GO添加量对表面亲水性、膜结构、力学性能和抗污染性能的影响。实验结果表明,最佳的GO添加量为0.4%,复合膜在亲水性、力学性能、纯水通量以及抗污染性能方面达到最佳。相比PVDF膜,其接触角下降了7.67°,抗拉强度是它的1.5倍,断裂伸长率提高了7.1%,纯水通量是它的1.5倍,通量衰减率减少了65.9%,通量恢复率提高了14.7%。
【Abstract】 A series of GO/C-PAES/PVDF composite membranes were prepared by using graphene oxide(GO) and amphiphilic copolymer material of poly(aryl ether sulfone) with carboxyl groups in the side chain(C-PAES) as the blends.The effects of GO addition on surface hydrophilicity, membrane structure, mechanical properties and anti-pollution properties were investigated by contact angle tester, SEM,electronic universal tensile tester and water flux tester.The experimental results showed that the optimum GO addition amount was 0.4%,and the composite membrane reached the best in terms of hydrophilicity, mechanical properties, pure water flux and anti-pollution properties.Compared with the PVDF membrane, the contact angle decreased by 7.67°,the tensile strength was 1.5 times higher, the elongation at break increased by 7.1%,the pure water flux was 1.5 times higher, the flux attenuation rate decreased by 65.9%,and the flux recovery rate increased by 14.7%.
