肇实提取工艺探索与优化

【摘要】 肇实是肇庆的特产之一,具有抗氧化、抗疲劳、降血糖等作用。采用回流法、超声回流法、微波法和超声微波协同法提取肇实,探究不同提取方法对提取物抗氧化性能的影响,并通过观察经提取后的肇实形貌来说明超声微波协同法好的原因。采用正交法对提取工艺进行优化,结果表明:最优提取条件为料液比1∶25(g∶mL),提取温度100℃,提取时间1 h,此时抗氧化清除率为34.76%,说明超声微波协同提取法更为高效。

【Abstract】 Euryale ferox Salisb is one of the specialties of Zhaoqing. It has the functions of anti-oxidation, anti-fatigue and lowering blood sugar. In this paper, reflux method, ultrasonic reflux method, microwave method and ultrasonic microwave collaborative method were used to extract the seeds, to explore the effects of different extraction methods on the antioxidant properties of the extracts, and to explain the reasons for the good results of ultrasonic microwave collaborative method by observing the appearance of the Euryale ferox Salisb after extraction. Orthogonal method was used to optimize the extraction process.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were solid-liquid ratio 1∶25(g∶mL),extraction temperature 100 ℃,extraction time 1 h, and the antioxidant clearance rate was 34.76%,indicating that the ultrasonic microwave collaborative extraction method was more efficient.
