臭氧氧化-厌氧降解间苯二甲酸的研究

【摘要】 研究了以臭氧氧化为强化技术的间苯二甲酸(IA)预处理方法,发现温度和臭氧流量与IA的去除率成正相关,pH值及阴离子浓度则成负相关。当IA质量浓度为200 mg/L,O3质量浓度为40 mg/L,O3流量为800 mL/min, pH值为7,温度为20℃时,IA去除率可达90.68%,符合一级反应动力学。经淬灭实验可知臭氧氧化的活性成分是·OH,臭氧直接氧化仅占20%左右。将臭氧氧化后的IA废水,耦合升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器进行厌氧生物降解,其驯化时间缩短了一半,IA去除率可达94%。

【Abstract】 The Isophthalic acid(IA) pretreatment method with ozone oxidation as an enhanced technology was studied in this paper.It has been revealed that temperature and ozone flow rate are positively correlated with the removal rate of IA,but pH and anion concentration are basically negative. Under the conditions of IA concentration of 200 mg/L,O3 concentration of 40 mg/L,O3 flow rate of 800 mL/min, pH of 7 and temperature of 20°C,the removal efficiency of IA could reach 90.68% and conform to the first-order reaction kinetics.The quenching experiment showed that the active component of ozone oxidation was ·OH,and ozone direct oxidation accounted for only about 20%.The ozone-oxidized IA wastewater was coupled with UASB reactor for anaerobic biodegradation, the acclimation time was shortened by half, and the removal rate was about 94%.
