淀粉改性二氧化硅纳米粒子在水性涂料中的性能研究
Preparation Study on The Properties of Starch Modified Slica Nanoparticles in Waterborne Coatings
【摘要】 本工作坚持绿色环保的理念,利用淀粉对二氧化硅纳米粒子进行改性,更好地提高了SiO2纳米粒子在水性涂料中的相容性和分散稳定性,同时将其作为纳米填料应用于水性涂料中并对其性能进行测试。在综合考虑节约资源和环境友好后,确定最佳的反应条件为:温度为35℃,淀粉用量为5 g。在最佳反应条件的基础上制备了淀粉改性SiO2纳米粒子,并利用紫外可见漫反射光谱和红外光谱对氢键的形成进行了表征分析。此外,将上述经过预处理的改性纳米粒子应用到水性防腐涂料的制备中并对其性能进行测试,结果表明,当SiO2纳米粒子质量含量为4.5%时,涂层力学性能最佳,环氧/淀粉改性SiO2涂层的电化学交流阻抗测试表明当淀粉改性SiO2纳米粒子质量含量为4.5%时涂层防腐蚀效果较好,涂层在质量分数3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡7 d时阻抗值仍在2.23×106Ω·cm2。
【Abstract】 Adhering to the concept of green environmental protection, this work uses starch to modify silica nanoparticles to better improve the compatibility and dispersion stability of nanoparticles in waterborne coatings, and at the same time, it is used as nano filler in waterborne coatings and its performance is tested.Considering resource saving and environmental protection comprehensively, the optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: temperature was 35 ℃,starch dosage was 5 g.On the basis of the optimal reaction conditions, starch modified nano SiO2 particles were prepared, and the formation of hydrogen bond was characterized and analyzed by UV-vis diffuse reflection spectrum and infrared spectrum.In addition, the aforementioned pretreated modified nanoparticles have been applied to the preparation of water-based anti-corrosive coatings and their properties have been tested.The results show that the coating has the best mechanical properties when the SiO2 nanoparticle content is 4.5 percent.Best of epoxy/starch modified SiO2 coating electrochemical impedance test show that when starch modified SiO2 nanoparticle content of 4.5% when the coating effect is good, the coating in 3.5% NaCl solution immerse 7 d impedance value is still in the 2.23×106 Ω·cm2.
