黑心菊花提取物绿色合成纳米银的表征及细菌抑制性能研究
Study on the Characterization and Bacteriostatic Effect of Nano-silver Synthesized from the Extract of Rudbeckia hirta L.
【摘要】 采用绿色合成方法,以黑心菊花水提液为还原剂和稳定剂,在光照条件下将银离子还原为纳米银,进行了红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、X射线衍射和透射电镜等表征,并研究了其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用,结果表明本方法制备的纳米银对两种细菌都表现出良好的抑制作用。
【Abstract】 Using Rudbeckia hirta L. water extract as reducing and stabilizer agent, silver nanoparticles with small particle size were synthesized under the Xenon lamp irradiation.The silver nanoparticles were characterized by infrared spectrum, UV-vis spectrum, X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy.The bacteriostatic experiment of the silver nanoparticles was also studied and the results exhibit a good bacteriostatic effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
