腐霉利及其代谢产物在百合上的残留行为研究

【摘要】 目的:为研究腐霉利的安全使用,明确腐霉利及其代谢物3,5-二氯苯胺在百合上的残留行为,进行了腐霉利及其代谢产物在百合植株中的消解动态和百合鳞茎中的最终残留试验。方法:乙腈提取,GC-MS分析百合中中腐霉利及其代谢产物残留量。结果:腐霉利在百合植株中的消解半衰期为21.29 d, 3,5-二氯苯胺在百合植株中的半衰期为33.55 d,两者在百合植株上的残留消解符合一级反应动力学方程。结论:该方法简单快速,可同时测定腐霉利及其代谢物,上述结果可为今后安全、合理、高效使用百菌清提供一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The aim is to study the safe use of humic acid and its metabolite 3,5-dichloroaniline in lily plants, and to determine the residual behavior of humic acid and its metabolite 3,5-dichloroaniline.The degradation dynamics of humic acid and its metabolites in lily plants and the final residue test in lily bulbs were conducted.Method: Acetonitrile extraction, GC-MS analysis of the residual amounts of Pygmatocin and its metabolites in Lily.Result: The half-life of the degradation of humic acid in lily plants was 21.29 d, and the half-life of 3,5-dichloroaniline in lily plants was 33.55 d.The residual degradation of both on lily plants followed the first-order reaction kinetics equation.Conclusion: This method is simple and fast, and can simultaneously determine Pygmatocin and its metabolites.The above results can provide certain reference value for the safe, reasonable, and efficient use of chlorothalonil in the future.
