两种药用植物的挥发油研究进展

【摘要】 挥发油是药用植物的主要活性成分之一。以五指毛桃和金线莲两种药用植物作为研究对象,综述了近年来国内外在这两种药用植物的挥发油方面的研究进展。从挥发油的提取工艺、化学成分、结构鉴定等方面进行归纳,分析了两种药用植物挥发油的不同提取工艺的效果区别,指出不同鉴定手段的特点,为进一步研究挥发油的提取工艺优化以及鉴定方法提供参考。

【Abstract】 Volatile oil is one of the main active components of medicinal plants. In this review, two medicinal plants, Ficus hirta Vahl and Anoectochilus roxburghii,were taken as the research objects, and the research progress on the volatile oils of these two medicinal plants at home and abroad in recent years was summarized. The extraction process, chemical composition and structure identification of volatile oils were summarized, and the effect differences of different extraction processes of the volatile oils from two medicinal plants were analyzed. The characteristics of different identification methods were pointed out, and the references for further study on the optimization of extraction process and identification methods of volatile oils were provided.
