稳定阴燃过程烟气流动的纹影分析
Schlieren analysis of flue gas flow from steady smoldering
【摘要】 阴燃中烟气流动和氧气扩散是影响传播速度和温度场的关键,目前少有报道。本研究搭建了单镜离轴纹影系统,对不同直径(3、4、5 mm)和不同种类(生物质、炭)棒状燃料的阴燃烟气流动进行了纹影观察和图像记录分析。结果表明:与视觉下模糊的生物质阴燃烟气图像及不可见的炭棒阴燃烟气图像相比,两者的纹影图像较为清晰;纹影图像显示,在稳定阴燃过程棒状燃料周围的烟气流动为层流;相比于生物质棒,炭棒烟气流动的纹影图像更加明显,这可能是由于其CO2浓度更高的原因;生物质棒阴燃最大烟气直径约为其直径的2倍,炭棒最大烟气直径约为其直径的3倍。
【Abstract】 Fume flow and oxygen diffusion are the key factors affecting the propagation velocity and temperature field in smoldering process. However, little information on fume flow has been reported in the literature. In this study, a single mirror off-axis schlieren system was established to observe and record the fume flow of different diameters(3,4,5 mm) and different types(biomass, char) rod-like fuels, then the schlieren images were analyzed. Results showed that instead of either fuzzy visual images of biomass rods or invisible visual images of char rods, their schlieren images are more clear.Schlieren images show that the fume flow around the rod fuel is laminar during the steady smoldering process. Compared with biomass rods, the schlieren image of fume flow from char rods is more obvious, this may be due to the high concentration of CO2 in the char rod of smoldering fume. The maximum fume diameter of the smoldering biomass rod is about 2 times its diameter, and that of the char rod is about 3 times of its diameter.
