基于主成分分析法的鲜食番茄品种适应性评价与筛选

【摘要】 为筛选出适合冀南区域栽培的优良鲜食番茄品种,引进了10个鲜食番茄品种,测定其长势、果实品质、产量等指标,并利用主成分分析法进行适应性综合评价。结果表明:不同番茄品种的植株性状、果实性状、品质及产量等指标存在差异;利用主成分分析法提取了5个主成分,5个因子包括了营养品质、商品品质、产量及长势等指标,累计方差贡献率达86.94%,可客观地反映鲜食番茄的综合性状;京采8号、桃太粉和京采6号综合得分排名前3位,说明这3个品种综合表现较好;其中,京采8号风味良好(糖酸比9.79)、产量最高(667 m~2产量8 884.55 kg)、硬度较低,可以满足消费者对鲜食番茄高品质和高产量的需求,具有良好的推广价值。

【Abstract】 To screen out fresh-eating tomato varieties suitable for cultivation in southern Hebei,10 fresh-eating tomato varieties were introduced to measure the growth vigor,fruit quality,yield and other indicators,and the adaptability was comprehensively evaluated with principal component analysis.The results showed that there were differences in plant traits,fruit traits,quality and yield among different tomato varieties.Five principal components were extracted using principal component analysis,including nutritional quality,product quality,yield and growth and so on.The cumulative variance contribution rate reached 86.94%,which objectively reflected the comprehensive traits of fresh-eating tomatoes.The comprehensive evaluation score of ’Jingcai No.8’ was the first,followed by ’Taotaifen’,and ’Jingcai No.6’ was the third,indicating that these three varieties had good comprehensive performance.Among them,’Jingcai No.8 ’has a good flavor (sugar acid ratio of 9.79),the highest yield (8 884.55 kg per 667 m~2) and low hardness,which can meet consumers’ demand for high-quality and high-yield fresh-eating tomatoes and has good promotion value.
