【Abstract】 In Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, there is another “Li Shui” in addition to the four waters, the name of “Li Shui” has been widely discussed. Based on the interpretation of “Li Shui” by doctors, this review examines and interprets the word “Li Shui”. “Inside(inside) water, a yellow and swollen face”, Wang Shu-he’s "Mai Jing" contains this review "Wrapping in water, a swollen face", "Inside" and "Wrapping" two characters are similar, so it is believed that the more maids plus art soup "Li Shui" may be from the "Wrapping water" error. Wrapping water is a moving-object structure, which means wrapping water. It is used to describe edema of abdomen, hands and feet or body in ancient books. In Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, "Li(Li) Shui" should be "Wrapping water", but the word "Li Shui" has a different meaning. It is one of the "Shi Shui" in the Zhong zang Jing. It refers to a kind of edema disease that starts from the abdomen and roots in the small intestine.
