【摘要】 《金匮要略》水气病篇于四水之外又有一“里水”,该病名历来众说纷纭。本文在医家对于“里水”解读的基础上，对“里水”两字进行考释。“里(裏)水者，一身面目黄肿”,王叔和《脉经》中载有此条异文“裹水者，一身面目洪肿”,“裏”“裹”两字字形相近，故认为越婢加术汤“裏水”可能是由“裹水”传抄错误而来。裹水，为动宾结构，意为包裹着水，在古籍中多用于形容腹部、手足或身体的水肿。《金匮要略》中“里(裏)水”应为“裹水”,而“里水”一词则另有所指，为《中藏经》所言“十水”之一，指先从腹起，根在小肠的一种水肿病。更多还原

【Abstract】 In Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, there is another “Li Shui” in addition to the four waters, the name of “Li Shui” has been widely discussed.
