【摘要】 文章基于沿海省份2011—2020年面板数据，运用面板向量自回归模型(PVAR)对沿海省份海洋环境规制、海洋科技创新与海洋产业结构升级进行实证分析。结果表明海洋科技创新与海洋产业结构升级之间存在正相关关系，但海洋科技创新对海洋产业结构升级的影响更大。海洋环境规制对海洋科技创新具有直接正向影响，但从短期来看，海洋科技创新对海洋环境规制产生影响较微弱；海洋产业结构升级对海洋环境规制没有显著影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the panel data of coastal provinces from 2011 to 2020,this paper uses panel vector autoregression model(PVAR)to make an empirical analysis of marine environmental regulation, marine science and technology innovation and marine industrial structure upgrading in coastal provinces.The results show that there is a positive relationship between marine science and technology innovation and the upgrading of marine industrial structure, but the impact of marine science and technology innovation on the upgrading of marine industrial structure is stronger; marine environmental regulation has a direct positive impact on marine science and technology innovation, but in the short term, marine science and technology innovation has a weak impact on marine environmental regulation; the upgrading of marine industrial structure has no significant effect on marine environmental regulation, and make relevant recommendations.更多还原
