【Abstract】 The sources and distribution of marine microplastics are briefly described; methods for analysing marine microplastics are introduced, including extraction methods for marine microplastics and detection techniques for marine microplastics; and the ingestion and transfer, physiological toxicity and compound toxicity of marine microplastics are analysed. It is proposed that future research on marine microplastics should focus on assessing the sources, fate and impacts of microplastics in marine waters; research and establish detection techniques and methods for marine microplastics; evaluating the toxic effects of microplastics in marine ecosystems helps to understand the impact of microplastic pollution on marine ecosystems and human health risks.更多还原
