不同规格虹鳟的血清脂质组成及肝脏脂代谢差异分析

【摘要】 为研究总结虹鳟在不同生长阶段脂类的代谢差异,分别对三种不同规格的虹鳟进行研究,包括S组(60~80 g)、M组(300~350 g)、L组(1 000~1 200 g),测定肝脏及血清中的脂类生化指标,抗氧化相关指标及脂质代谢相关基因的相对表达量。结果表明,在虹鳟的不同生长阶段,血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇在L组的含量显著高于其他组;L组肝脏中丙二醛含量显著低于另外两组;脂质代谢相关基因如过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体和固醇调节元件结合蛋白基因等均在L组相对表达量较高。随着虹鳟的生长,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇能够将更多胆固醇逆转运回肝脏进行降解,以维持体内胆固醇的稳态,肝脏抗脂质氧化能力有所提高,同时肝脏中脂类部分代谢显著提高,更有利于维持肝脏中脂质的稳态。

【Abstract】 In order to study and summarize the differences in lipid metabolism of rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss at different growth stages, three different weight sizes of rainbow trout, including group S(60-80 g), group M(300-350 g) and group L(1 000-1 200 g), were studied separately. Lipid biochemical indices, antioxidant-related indices and expressions of lipid metabolism related genes were measured in liver and serum. The results showed that at different growth stages of rainbow trout, high-density lipoprotein(HDL) cholesterol content in serum was significantly higher in group L than in the other groups. Malondialdehyde content was significantly lower in the livers of group L than in the other two groups at the same time. Lipid metabolism related genes, peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor and sterol regulatory element binding protein were all expressed higher in the L group. The results indicated that with the growth of rainbow trout, HDL was able to transport more cholesterol back to the liver for degradation to maintain the homeostasis of cholesterol in the body, and the anti-lipid oxidation ability in liver was improved. Meanwhile, some of the lipid metabolism in the liver was significantly improved, which was more conducive to the maintenance of lipid homeostasis in the liver.
