广西地区梨形环棱螺形态性状差异分析
Diversity Analysis of Morphological Traits in Pear—Shaped Ringed Edge Snail Bellamya purificata in Guangxi, China
【摘要】 为了解广西地区梨形环棱螺群体的种质资源特征,对梨形环棱螺选育提供参考数据,测量了广西壮族自治区西江上游、西江中游和南流江18个地理群体的603只梨形环棱螺壳高、壳宽、壳口高、壳口宽、体螺层高、螺旋部高、第二螺层宽和第二螺层高等形态性状,进行主成分分析、聚类分析和判别分析。主成分分析构建了2个主成分,累计贡献率为68.845%,其中主成分1中主要包括壳口宽/壳高,累计贡献率51.033%;主成分2主要包括第二螺层高/壳高,累计贡献率17.812%。基于主成分散点图未能准确分离18个地理群体。聚类分析结果表明,南流江群体(合浦)与其余17个地理群体差异显著,18个地理群体可划分为西江中游群体、西江上游群体和南流江群体。在聚类分析结果的基础上,对新划分的3个群体构建判别函数。依据判别函数,群体综合判别准确率为97.70%。研究结果表明,广西地区梨形环棱螺种群可分为3个群体,广西不同地理种群梨形环棱螺的形态性状存在一定差异;构建的判别函数可用于梨形环棱螺种质资源的鉴定。
【Abstract】 In order to understand of the germplasm characteristics and breeding of pear-shaped ringed edge snail Bellamya purificata populations in Guangxi, the morphological characteristics including shell height, shell width, shell aperture width, body layer height,spiral height, and second spiral layer width were measured in 603 samples from 18 geographical populations in the upper reaches of Xijiang River, the middle reaches of Xijiang River and Nanliujiang River in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and analyzed by principal component analysis, cluster analysis and discriminant analysis. In the principal component analysis, two principal components were constructed with a cumulative contribution of 68.845%, and principal component 1 mainly included aperture width/shell height, with a cumulative contribution of 51.033%, and principal component 2 mainly included second spiral height/shell height, with a cumulative contribution of 17.812%. The 18 geographical populations were not accurately separated based on the principal component scatterplot. The results of cluster analysis showed that the Nanliu River(Hepu) group was significantly different from the remaining 17 geographical populations, and the 18 geographical populations were classified into the Middle Xijiang River group, the Upper Xijiang River group and the Nanliu River group. Based on the cluster analysis results, a discriminant function was constructed for the three newly divided populations, with comprehensive group discrimination accuracy of 97.70%. The morphological characteristics of the pear-shaped ringed edge snail in different geographical populations of Guangxi differed to some extent; the constructed discriminant function was used to identify the germplasm resources of the pear-shaped ringed edge snail.
