【Abstract】 Ethical issues in language research are very important, but due attention has not been paid to them in the area of linguistics. The success of artificial intelligence in recent years has triggered extensive discussions on ethics. This article, thus, outlines the important ideas of “ethics and morality”, and then focuses on the ethical issues in language research in the era of artificial intelligence. It is proposed that future artificial intelligence will play a decisive role in promoting the progress of academic ethics in language research, including plagiarism checking, supervision and management, reviewing, research method assistance, and personalized research management. With the intervention of artificial intelligence, future language research can more accurately meet various ethical norms, and thus morality and ethics as a unity will be conformed better in language sciences.更多还原
