【摘要】 通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法，立足于历史与社会发展的脉络对我国“教练员-运动员”信任的演进进行分析。总结不同时空“教练员-运动员”信任模式发展的规律。阐述“教练员-运动员”信任形成与历史及社会发展的联系。研究认为，我国“教练员-运动员”信任发展经历了从“一元”向“多元”的模式扩展。发展中所遭遇的困境主要包括关系主体意识模糊、多元文化产生的思想分歧、物本对人本的遮蔽、契约的缺陷、绝对自由意识的弊端。建议从建立主体间性关系、契约身份的道德补充、人本价值的回归、自我意识的改善、提升政府体育组织公信力等方面重新构建我国“教练员-运动员”信任。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through literature review and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the evolution of trust between coaches and athletes in China based on the context of historical and social development. Summarize the development patterns of the "coach athlete" trust model in different time and space. Elaborate on the relationship between the formation of trust between coaches and athletes and historical and social development. Research suggests that the development of trust between coaches and athletes in China has gone through a pattern of expansion from "monism" to "diversity". The difficulties encountered in development mainly include the vague consciousness of relational subjects, ideological differences arising from multiculturalism, the masking of material over human, defects in contracts, and the drawbacks of absolute freedom consciousness. It is suggested to rebuild the trust between coaches and athletes in China from the aspects of establishing inter subject relationships, moral supplementation of contractual identity, return to humanistic values, improvement of self-awareness, and enhancing the credibility of government sports organizations.更多还原
