【Abstract】 Utilizing the leading advantage of party building to reorganize rural residents is an important issue in achieving comprehensive rural revitalization in the new era. Under the conditions of the new era, there is an increasing demand for the organization of rural residents as efforts to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and improve agriculture, rural areas, and the well-being of rural residents. Rural party organizations possess significant political, organizational, and mass advantages, which are crucial foundations for achieving guidance through party building. Through the analysis of typical experiences in Sichuan Province, it is found that the key to realizing the guidance of party building and the reorganization of rural residents lies in the practical construction of interest connection mechanisms, trust mechanisms, and outstanding leadership mechanisms.更多还原
