基于云平台的车辆动态称重及监测系统研究
Cloud-Based System for Dynamic Vehicle Weighing and Monitoring
【摘要】 针对公路车辆动态称重数据具有差异性、资源利用率低和干扰多的问题,提出了一种基于云平台的车辆动态称重及监测系统。该系统结合大数据融合技术和云平台的优势,通过对所有称重设备获取的数据进行筛选和匹配,识别出车辆在道路上的行驶轨迹和重量信息,对车辆多次称重数据的核准比较来判断车辆称重数据的准确性;系统采用B/S结构进行通信,客户端和服务端采用云储存技术。测试结果表明,该系统能够实现对道路来往车辆的行为、称重数据、设备状态等全面的监测和管理,优化了数据处理流程,提高了称重过程的准确性和可靠性,为车辆超限超载检测提供了数据支撑和监督。
【Abstract】 We proposed a cloud-based dynamic weighing and monitoring system for trucks to address the issues concerning variability, low resource utilization, and interference in the dynamic weighing data of highway vehicles. This system harnesses the benefits of big data fusion technology and cloud platforms. By sifting through and correlating data gathered from all weighing devices, it identifies the driving trajectories and weight specifics of vehicles on the road. Furthermore, it assesses the accuracy of vehicle weighing data through multiple verifications and comparisons of the vehicle’s weight data.The system utilizes a B/S structure for communication, employing cloud storage technology on both the client and service sides. The test results indicate that the system is capable of comprehensive monitoring and management of the behavior of vehicles traveling on the roads, weighing data, and equipment statuses, it optimizes data processing workflows, enhances the accuracy and reliability of the weighing process, and provides essential data support and supervision for the detection of vehicle overloading and exceeding weight limits.
