低腐蚀级和通用级聚甲醛性能对比研究

【摘要】 采用热失重(TG)、偏光显微镜(PLM)、熔体流动速率(MFR)、核磁共振光谱分析(NMR)、不稳定端基含量、表面甲醛含量、力学性能、黄色指数分析和碳钢腐蚀等方法研究了通用级聚甲醛MC90产品和实验室自制低腐蚀级MC90-A聚甲醛的性能。结果表明:低腐蚀级MC90-A力学性能与通用级聚甲醛MC90产品相当,但具有更低的表面甲醛含量、不稳定端基含量和甲酸含量,因此能够更好地防止加工过程中对挤出设备和模具的腐蚀。

【Abstract】 This paper carries out research on the properties of general-purpose polyformaldehyde MC90 and laboratory-made low-corrosion polyformaldehyde MC90-A by means of, among others, thermogravimetric(TG)analysis, polarized light microscopy(PLM), melt mass-flow rate(MFR), nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopy, unstable end group content, surface formaldehyde content analysis, mechanical property analysis,yellowness index analysis and carbon steel corrosion analysis. The results show that the low-corrosion polyformaldehyde MC90-A has equivalent mechanical properties to general-purpose polyformaldehyde MC90, but displays lower surface formaldehyde content, unstable end group content and formic acid content, and is hence able to better prevent corrosion on extruders and moulds during processing.
