【摘要】 目的 分析对高血压脑出血周围水肿患者采取脑血疏口服液治疗的作用。方法 将常州市武进中医医院在2022年1月至2024年1月期间接诊的高血压脑出血周围水肿病人共126例纳入研究，按不同治疗方式分为两组，分别为对照、观察组，均63例。对照组接受甘露醇脱水治疗，观察组同时使用脑血疏口服液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血压、凝血功能及神经功能。结果 对照组治疗总有效率为84.13%,低于观察组的95.24%,P<0.05。对照组治疗后舒张压和收缩压均高于观察组，P<0.05;对照组凝血功能指标均较观察组差，P<0.05;对照组NHISS评分高于观察组，P<0.05。结论 针对高血压脑出血周围水肿病例采取脑血疏口服液进行治疗具有不俗优势，其改善凝血、神经功能效用更强，且降低血压。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of naoxueshu oral liquid on edema around hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and its influence on neurological function. Methods:To analyze the effect of Naoxueshu oral liquid on patients with edema around hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 126 patients with edema around hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in Wujin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Changzhou City from January 2022 to January 2024 were included in the study. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into two groups, namely control group and observation group, with 63 cases. One group was treated with mannitol dehydration, while the other group was treated with Naoxueshu oral liquid. The therapeutic effect、blood pressure、coagulation function and neurological function were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 84.13%,which was lower than that of the observation group 95.24%,P<0.05.The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the control group were higher than those in the observation group after treatment, P<0.05.The indexes of coagulation function in the control group were worse than those in the observation group, P<0.05.The score of NHISS in control group was higher than that in observation group, P<0.05.Conclusion:Naoxueshu oral liquid has obvious advantages in the treatment of edema around hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, which can effectively improve the coagulation function and neurological function of patients and reduce blood pressure.更多还原
