【摘要】 肌萎缩侧索硬化症（amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,ALS）是一种渐进进展、无有效治疗方法的神经退行性疾病，严重危害人类健康。中医药在治疗ALS有较好疗效，并且有基础研究验证了中医药治疗ALS的疗效机制，但目前仍无较明确揭示中医药治疗ALS理论机制的文章。本文从传统中医基础出发，基于先后天理论，以脾肾为核心阐释中医药治疗ALS的中医机制，结合现代医学科学研究，讨论ALS内外兼治的可行性和有效性，为今后中医药治疗ALS提供较好的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease with no effective treatment and a serious threat to human health.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) has a good curative effect on ALS, and some basic studies have verified the curative mechanism of TCM on ALS.At present,there is still no clear theoretical mechanism of TCM on ALS.This article started from the foundation of TCM,based on the theory of priori and the posterior,and explained the TCM of treating ALS with spleen and kidney as the core.Combined with modern medical scientific research,it discussed the feasibility and effectiveness of treating ALS both internally and externally,provided a good theoretical basis for the future treatment of ALS with TCM.更多还原
