WO3氢敏变色材料制备方法及性能研究进展

【摘要】 氢能是用能终端实现绿色低碳转型的重要载体,为保障氢能产业安全高质量发展,各种氢泄漏检测技术得到发展。三氧化钨(WO-3)是氢敏变色泄漏检测技术最常用的变色材料,着重论述了WO-3氢敏变色材料的制备方法,并对不同制备方法下WO-3氢敏变色性能进行了对比分析。此外,还提出应围绕氢敏材料着色和漂白程度、响应时间和速率、恢复时间和速率、稳定性和可重复性等指标建立氢敏变色性能量化表征测试标准,推动氢敏变色材料的性能评估及工业应用。最后对WO-3氢敏变色材料及氢泄漏检测技术未来研究重点进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Hydrogen energy is an important carrier to achieve green and low-carbon transformation with energy terminals. In order to ensure the safe and high-quality development of the hydrogen energy industry, various hydrogen leak detection technologies have been developed. Tungsten trioxide(WO3) is the most commonly used color-changing material for hydrochromic leakage detection. The preparation methods of WO3 hydrochromic materials were discussed, and the properties of WO3 hydrochromic materials under different preparation methods were compared and analyzed. In addition, it was suggested that a quantitative characterization test standard should be established around the indexes such as coloring and bleaching degree, response time and rate, recovery time and rate, stability and repeatability of hydrogen sensitive color-changing materials, so as to promote the performance evaluation and industrial application of hydrogen sensitive color-changing materials. Finally,the future research focus of WO3 hydrochromic materials and hydrogen leakage detection technology was prospected.
