【Abstract】 Rural governance is the cornerstone of national governance and the foundation of rural revitalization. The use of digital technology to empower rural governance in the digital era is an inevitable requirement for the modernization of rural governance. Specifically: digital technology embedded in rural governance can promote the establishment of modern governance thinking, create a pattern of co-governance of multiple subjects,promote the construction of a composite linkage governance system, and innovate rural governance methods, thus promoting the modernization of rural governance.
