分离自母婴粪便及母乳的短双歧杆菌耐药性研究

【摘要】 短双歧杆菌是人体肠道中常见的一种双歧杆菌,因其具有诸多益生特性被广泛关注,但是对其抗生素耐药性方面的研究严重不足。本研究以23株分离自母婴粪便及母乳的短双歧杆菌为研究对象,测定了菌株对14种常见抗生素的耐药性。研究发现,实验菌株对12种抗生素存在不同程度的耐药性,仅对氨苄西林和利奈唑胺敏感。全部实验菌株均对氯霉素、环丙沙星、卡那霉素、四环素、庆大霉素和新霉素具有耐药性。进一步分析发现,分离自L家庭母亲粪便的菌株对利福平、克林霉素和链霉素的耐药率显著高于婴儿粪便和母乳分离株。短双歧杆菌的耐药表型差异较大,即使是分离自同一个家庭和个体的菌株其耐药表型也不相同。研究为短双歧杆菌的安全性评价和应用提供了基础数据。

【Abstract】 Bifidobacterium breve is a common type of Bifidobacterium in the human intestine, which has been widely studied for its many beneficial properties. However, there is a serious lack of research on its antibiotic resistance. The study focused on 23 strains of Bifidobacterium breve isolated from maternal and infant feces and breast milk, and tested their resistance to 14 common antibiotics. The study found that the experimental strains were resistant to 12kinds of antibiotics to varying degrees, only sensitive to ampicillin and linezolid. All experimental strains were resistant to chloramphenicol, ciprofloxacin,kanamycin, tetracycline, gentamicin and neomycin. Further analysis showed that the resistance rate of strains isolated from mother’s feces in L family to rifampicin, clindamycin and streptomycin was significantly higher than that of strains isolated from infant’s feces and breast milk. The antibiotic resistance phenotype of Bifidobacterium breve varies greatly, even strains isolated from the same family and individual have different antibiotic resistance phenotypes.The study provides basic data for the safety evaluation and application of Bifidobacterium breve.
