原生二十二碳六烯酸纯牛奶对小鼠学习记忆功能的辅助改善作用

【摘要】 探讨了原生二十二碳六烯酸纯牛奶对小鼠学习记忆障碍的辅助改善作用。将SPF级昆明小鼠设置为正常小鼠、记忆获得障碍模型小鼠两个模型,每个模型中包含对照组,低(6.67 mg/kg体质量)、中(13.33 mg/kg体质量)、高(40.00 mg/kg体质量)剂量组。各组小鼠灌胃30 d的受试物后,依次进行跳台、避暗和水迷宫实验检测小鼠的学习记忆能力。跳台实验结果显示,与模型对照组相比,模型中、高剂量组测试期潜伏期显著延长(P<0.05)并且错误次数极显著减少(P<0.01);避暗实验结果显示,与阴性对照组相比,中剂量组消退期错误次数和错误动物数均显著减少(P<0.05);水迷宫实验结果显示,与模型对照组相比,模型中剂量组到达终点的总时间显著减少(P<0.05)。结论为原生二十二碳六烯酸纯牛奶可以通过延长测试潜伏期并减少错误次数和错误动物数起到辅助改善小鼠学习和记忆障碍的作用。

【Abstract】 To investigate the auxiliary improvement effect of pure milk of native docosahexaenoic acid on learning memory impairment in mice.Methods: SPF-grade Kunming mice were set up as two models, normal mice and memory acquisition impairment model mice, each containing a control group, low(6.67 mg/kg BW), medium(13.33 mg/kg BW) and high(40.00 mg/kg BW) dose groups. After each group was continuously gavaged for 30 d, the mice in each group were tested for their learning and memory abilities in the jumping platform, dark avoidance and water maze experiments. The results of the jumping platform experiment showed that the test period latency was significantly longer(P<0.05) and the number of errors was highly significant(P<0.01) in the middle and high dose groups of the model compared to the model control group; the results of the dark avoidance experiment showed that compared with the negative control group in the dark avoidance experiment, the number of errors and the number of erroneous animals in the fading period of the middle dose group were significantly reduced(P<0.05); the results of the water maze experiment showed that the total time to the end point was significantly reduced(P<0.05) in the model medium dose group compared with the model control group. Pure milk of native docosahexaenoic acid may serve as an auxiliary improvement of learning and memory impairment in mice by prolonging the test latency and reducing the number of errors and the number of erroneous animals.
