热场耦合下表面微织构对浮环轴承润滑性能的影响

【摘要】 为提高浮环轴承的润滑性能,以径向浮环轴承为研究对象,引入微织构技术,建立考虑表面微织构的浮环轴承压力场和温度场耦合的热流体润滑模型。采用有限差分法联立求解质量守恒(JFO)方程、能量方程,得到浮环轴承的内外层油膜压力分布,分析凹凸2种微织构对浮环轴承的环速比、温升以及润滑性能的影响。结果表明:凹织构增大了轴承的内外层最大油膜压力,降低了摩擦功耗和能耗损失,但降低了轴承的承载能力;凸织构提高了轴承的承载能力,降低了摩擦因数,改善了摩擦性能,但增大了能耗损失;计入热效应后,环速比减小,凸织构对油膜温升的影响高于凹织构,降低了轴承的端泄流量,而凹织构能够降低轴承摩擦功耗,随着转速的增大减幅也随之增大。因此应根据浮环轴承不同的工况以及润滑条件选择相应的织构形式。计入热效应后,润滑油黏度下降,摩擦功耗降低,端泄流量增加,且随转速的增大变化越明显,表明热效应对浮环轴承润滑性能的影响不可忽略。

【Abstract】 To improve the lubrication performance of floating ring bearings, micro texture technology was introduced for the radial floating ring bearings, and a thermal fluid lubrication model considering the coupling of surface micro-texture pressure field and temperature field was established.The JFO equation and energy equation were solved simultaneously by finite difference method, and the oil film pressure distribution in the inner and outer layers of floating ring bearing was obtained.The effects of concave and convex micro-textures on the ring speed ratio, temperature rise and lubrication performance of floating ring bearing were analyzed.The results show that the concave texture increases the maximum oil film pressure of the inner and outer layers of the bearing, reduces the friction power consumption and energy loss, but decreases the bearing capacity of bearing.The convex texture improves the bearing capacity of bearing, reduces the friction coefficient and improves the friction performance, but increases the energy loss.After considering the thermal effect, the ring speed ratio decreases, and the influence of convex texture on the oil film temperature rise is higher than that of concave texture, which reduces the end leakage of the bearing.While concave texture can reduce the friction power consumption of the bearing, and the reduction amplitude increases with the increase of rotating speed.Therefore, the corresponding texture form should be selected according to the different working conditions and lubrication conditions of the floating ring bearing.After taking into account the thermal effect, the viscosity of the lubricating oil decreases, the frictional power consumption decreases, the end discharge increases.And with the increase of speed, the change becomes more obvious, indicating that the influence of thermal effect on the lubrication performance of floating ring bearings cannot be ignored.
