滑动轴承非线性润滑动态特性参数分析
Analysis of Nonlinear Lubrication Dynamic Characteristics of Journal Bearings
【摘要】 线性动态特性参数为轴承分析提供了更为便捷的途径,然而其对滑动轴承油膜涡动、油膜振荡的强非线性行为的分析计算却存在较大的误差。对滑动轴承动态特性进行理论分析,建立线性和非线性刚度、阻尼系数的数学模型,并通过有限差分法进行数值求解,分析扰动力、Sommerfeld数、偏心率等不同参数对线性刚度阻尼系数模型和非线性刚度阻尼系数模型的影响规律。结果表明:线性化润滑动态特性参数无法描述滑动轴承油膜涡动和油膜振荡等强非线性现象,需要引入非线性动态特性参数进行描述;随着Sommerfeld数的增加,非线性系数油膜力与线性系数油膜力差值先降低后增加,考虑水平力的刚度阻尼系数与不考虑水平力的刚度阻尼系数的偏差减小;在偏心率小于0.2和大于0.85时,非线性刚度阻尼系数的绝对值远远超过线性刚度阻尼系数的值。
【Abstract】 Linear dynamic characteristic parameters provide a more convenient way for bearing analysis, but there are large errors in the analysis and calculation of the journal bearings with strong nonlinear behavior of oil film vortex and oil film oscillation.The theoretical analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the journal bearing was carried out, and the mathematical models of linear and nonlinear stiffness and damping coefficients were established.The numerical solution was carried out through the finite difference method, and the influence of different parameters such as disturbing force, Sommerfeld number, and eccentricity rate, on the model of linear stiffness and damping coefficients and the model of nonlinear stiffness and damping coefficients was analyzed.The results show that the linearized lubrication dynamic characteristic parameters cannot describe the strong nonlinear phenomena such as oil film vortex and oil film oscillation of the journal bearing, and it is necessary to introduce the nonlinear dynamic characteristic parameters to describe such phenomena.With the increase of Sommerfeld number, the difference between the nonlinear coefficient oil film force and the linear coefficient oil film force decreases and then increases, and the deviation between the stiffness and damping coefficients considering the horizontal force and the stiffness and damping coefficients without considering the horizontal force is reduced.The absolute values of the nonlinear stiffness and damping coefficients is far more than the values of the linear stiffness and damping coefficients when the eccentricity is less than 0.2 and greater than 0.85.
