【摘要】 清代岭南医家刘渊所撰的《医学纂要》是一本既言其验、又探其要的综合性医著。《医学纂要》对于中风的辨治既传承了张仲景与张景岳的理论与观点，又在遣方用药中体现了创新。刘渊在辨治中风时，从痰论治，调补脾肾；在仲景六经辨证的基础上，结合自身临证经验，创立了针对中风的六经证治；秉承标本分治的原则，治疗中风区分急缓，辨别急危重症。治疗中风用药时，继承张景岳“补虚不离桂附”之思路，或佐以肉桂与附子以追散失的元阳、生无根之气，或佐以桂枝与附子以通畅血脉，使寒邪自除；遣方用药多采用人参、黄芪、当归、川芎、白芍以补气养血，调补人体气血阴阳。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Practice and Principle of Medicine(Yi Xue Zuan Yao), compiled by LIU Yuan, a Lingnan medical practitioner of the Qing Dynasty, is a comprehensive medical work about his medical experience and principle. For the differentiation and treatment of stroke,Practice and Principle of Medicine inherits the theories and views of ZHANG Zhong-Jing and ZHANG Jing-Yue,and also makes innovations in the use of prescriptions and medicines. When treating stroke, LIU Yuan usually performed the treatment based on the theory of phlegm and focused on tonifying the spleen and kidney. On the basis of Zhong-Jing’s six-meridian syndrome differentiation and treatment,and combining with his own clinical experience,LIU Yuan put forward thoughts of treatment of stroke by six-meridian differentiation,and adhered to the principle of treating the symptom and the root cause separately,distinguishing between acute stage and chronic stage of stroke,and identifying the emergent and critical cases. LIU Yuan’s medication thoughts for stroke inherited ZHANG Jing-Yue’s view of“replenishing the deficiency always with Cinnamomi Cortex and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata”, LIU usually adopted Cnnamomi Cortex and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata to recover the lost original yang and generate rootless qi,or utilized Cinnamomi Ramulus and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata to unblock the blood veins,so as to get rid of the pathogenic cold. During the medication,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Astragali Radix,Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, and Paeoniae Radix Alba were frequently applied to replenish qi and nourish blood,so as to regulate and tongify the qi,blood,yin and yang of the human body.更多还原
