【Abstract】 This article aims to explore the theory of“Unblocking the Collaterals and Guarding Qi and Blood”in the Huang Di Nei Jing(The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic) and its relevance to the treatment of multidimensional pain by acupuncture,based on the ancient and the modern literature. Starting from the theory of“Unblocking the Collaterals and Guarding Qi and Blood”in the Huang Di Nei Jing,it analyzes the correlation with the three dimensions of pain by combining the effects of modern physiological, psychological and social relationships. It also discusses the multidimensional strategy of acupuncture for pain treatment from the perspective of“unblocking the collaterals”and“guarding qi and blood”,and realizes the all-round treatment of pain,which will bring obvious benefits to patients in terms of conforming to the physiological and pathological basis of the human body and demonstrating the good social relationship.更多还原
