石羊河下游人工梭梭林更新的种子障碍研究
Research on seed obstacles to the regeneration of Haloxylon ammodendron forest in the lower reaches of Shiyang River
【摘要】 自然更新障碍是人工梭梭林衰退的重要原因之一。为研究石羊河流域人工梭梭林更新困难与其种子的关系,开展了不同立地类型人工梭梭林土壤种子库、不同土壤质地埋深对种子萌发出苗影响以及沙漠昆虫取食对梭梭种子萌发出苗的影响研究。研究表明,6月份在流动、半固定和固定3种立地类型人工梭梭林土壤种子库中,植物的物种组成和密度差异明显,但梭梭种子此时已全部丧失生活力;3种不同土壤质地内,根据土壤物理性质和埋深程度不同,埋深为0 cm时,细砂粒20~200μm占比最高的土壤质地梭梭种子出苗率最佳;埋深1 cm时,粗沙粒200~2 000μm占比最高土壤质地梭梭种子出苗率最佳,埋深达到2 cm时,3种土壤质地均不利于种子生长;梭梭芽苗较种子对沙漠昆虫更具有吸引性,高湿条件下沙漠昆虫对梭梭种子及其芽苗非选择性取食率低于干燥条件。因此,石羊河流域人工梭梭林更新困难,不仅与梭梭种子的短寿命密切相关,也与土壤质地、种子埋深深度以及沙漠昆虫啃食存在直接关系。
【Abstract】 Natural regeneration disorder is one of the primary reasons for the decline of artificial Haloxylon ammodendron forest. In order to study the relationship between the regeneration difficulty of artificial H. ammodendron forest and its seed in Shiyang River Basin, the effects of soil seed bank, soil texture depth and desert insect feeding on seed germination and seedling emergence of artificial H.ammodendron forest in different site conditions were studied. The results showed that there were significant differences in species composition and density in soil seed banks of mobile, semi-fixed and fixed sites in June, but the seeds of H. ammodendron had lost their viability at that time. In three different soil textures,according to the different soil physical properties and burial depth, when the burial depth was 0 cm, the highest proportion of fine sand 20-200 μm soil texture had the best seed emergence rate. The seed emergence rate of H.ammodendron was the best when the depth of burial was 1 cm, the proportion of coarse sand was 200-2 000 μm, and the three soil textures were unfavorable to seed growth when the depth of burial was 2 cm. The sprouts of H.ammodendron were more attractive to desert insects than the seeds. The non-selective feeding rate of desert insects on the seeds and sprouts of H.ammodendron under high humidity conditions was lower than that under dry conditions. The difficult regeneration of artificial H.ammodendron forest in Shiyang River Basin is not only closely related to the short life span of H.ammodendron seeds, but also directly related to soil texture, seed burial depth and desert insect predation.
